Welcome to PawPortrait Studio! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of custom handcrafted pet portraits. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Our production and fulfillment operations are based in China.

2. Custom Product Orders Order Process:

  • You place your order and upload a clear photo of your pet
  • We confirm all details with you before production begins
  • Production starts only after your approval
  • Once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled or modified

Design Approval:

  • We will contact you within 2–3 business days to confirm details
  • One free revision included. Additional revisions may be subject to a fee
  • Production begins only after your final approval

Production Time:

  • 7–10 business days after approval
  • Does not include shipping time

3. Photo Submission Your Responsibilities:

  • You must submit a clear, well-lit photo of your pet
  • You confirm that you own the photo or have the right to use it
  • We are not responsible for poor portrait quality resulting from low-quality photos

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Full payment is required before production begins
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship from China to the continental United States (48 states) only
  • Standard shipping: 10–15 business days (FREE)
  • Express shipping: 3–5 business days (additional fee)
  • Tracking information will be provided once shipped
  • Orders over $800 may be subject to U.S. customs duties — customer is responsible for all customs fees

6. Returns and Refunds Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. In summary:

  • Custom portraits are non-returnable due to their handcrafted nature
  • Quality issues or shipping damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery with photos
  • We will offer a free remake or full refund for confirmed defects

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or force majeure events

8. Privacy and Data Protection Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
