Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing PawPortrait Studio! Since every portrait is custom-made just for you, please review our policy carefully.
Custom Product Returns Because each pet portrait is handcrafted to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we will make it right if there is:
- A manufacturing defect
- Damage during shipping
- A significant error that does not match your approved design
Quality Issue Resolution If you receive a portrait with a quality issue, please:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at langwellx@outlook.com
- Provide clear photos of the product and your order number
- Describe the issue in detail
We will review your claim within 2 business days. If confirmed as a quality issue, we will offer:
- Free remake and reshipping
- Or a full refund (including original shipping costs)
Order Cancellation
- Before design approval: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund
- After production begins: Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded as crafting has started
Refund Processing Time
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- It may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear in your account
Customs Duties and Import Taxes Orders may be subject to customs duties depending on your country. Duties are paid by the customer and are not included in refunds.
