Share your ideas
Share reference images, logos, sketches, written ideas or an existing template. No professional file format or 300 dpi artwork is required. Please only upload images, logos or artwork that you own or have permission to use for your custom uniforms.
Colours, logos, player names and numbers, neckline and sizes can all be discussed during the design process. You don’t need to decide every detail upfront—we’ll help you through the options. You can provide the roster later, but all details must be confirmed before production.
Submit your request
There’s no upfront payment and no obligation to purchase. After you submit your request, we’ll contact you by email.
Once we have your complete requirements, we’ll provide your first digital mockup and quote within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Review your design and quote
Your quote includes logo, name and number printing, a digital mockup and two rounds of design revisions. Pricing is based on your requirements and delivery address.
Confirm the final design, style, neckline, colours, sizes, names, numbers, quantity and quote. All charges will be explained before you approve the final quote and pay.
Approve, pay and we’ll produce
Full payment is due only after you approve the final design and quote. Production begins after approval and payment; changes cannot be made once production starts.
Production takes 5–7 calendar days after final design approval and full payment. Estimated transit is 10–15 calendar days after dispatch.

Minimum order & quantity tiers
- The minimum order is one set. Quantity tiers are 1–4, 5–9, 10–24 and 25+ sets.
- All sets in one order count together across designs, sizes, names, numbers, football (soccer) and basketball to determine the tier. Every set is charged at the applicable tier price—not progressively.
- Football (soccer) and basketball each use their own price for the applicable tier. 25+ sets receive bulk pricing; contact us to confirm your final quote.
- Your final quote is based on your requirements and delivery address. All charges will be explained before you approve the quote and pay.
Production & delivery estimates
- First digital mockup and quote: within 1–2 business days after we receive complete requirements, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Production: 5–7 calendar days after final design approval and full payment.
- Orders are shipped from China. Estimated transit: 10–15 calendar days after dispatch.
- Need your order for a specific event? Please contact us before ordering so we can check your timeline. Your final quote will clearly explain all charges before payment.
