Ordering & Process
Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: The minimum order is 1 jersey. We welcome both individual and team orders. Quantity discounts are available for orders of 3+ jerseys.
Q: Can I mix different sizes in one order?
A: Yes! You can order any combination of Youth (S/M/L) and Adult (S/M/L/XL/2XL) sizes. Just specify each player's size in your order form.
Q: How long does the entire process take?
A: Total timeline is 15-22 business days from design approval to delivery:
- Design proof: 24 hours
- Production: 5-7 business days after approval
- Shipping: 10-15 business days (FREE from China)
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

- Before design approval: Yes, orders can be cancelled for a full refund
- After production begins: No, orders cannot be cancelled or modified as customization has started
Q: Do you offer rush production?

Design & Customization
Q: What file formats do you accept for logos?
A:
Preferred: PNG (transparent background), AI, PDF, SVG
Also accepted: JPG, JPEG
Requirements: 300 DPI minimum, at least 1000x1000 pixels, under 10 MB
Q: What if I don't have a logo file?
A: No problem! You can:
- Describe your logo idea and we'll create a text-based design
- Send us a sketch or reference image
- We can help design a simple logo for you (contact us for details)
Q: How many design revisions are included?
A: We offer unlimited free revisions until you're completely satisfied. We want to make sure your design is perfect before production begins!
Q: Can I see a sample before ordering?
A: We don't provide physical samples, but you'll receive a detailed digital design proof showing exactly how your jerseys will look before production begins.
Q: What colors are available?
A: Available colors include: Red, Blue, Black, White, Yellow, Green, Orange, Purple, Navy, and Gray. You can mix colors for different elements (body, sleeves, numbers, names).
Q: Can you match our school/team colors exactly?
A: We'll do our best to match your colors. Please provide color references (Pantone codes, hex codes, or reference images) and we'll get as close as possible. Note that slight variations may occur due to fabric and printing processes.
Product & Quality
Q: What fabric options are available?
A: We offer three fabric types:
- Breathable Mesh: Most breathable, best for hot weather
- Dri-Fit: Moisture-wicking, premium option
- Standard Polyester: Economical and durable
Q: Are the jerseys reversible?
A: No, our jerseys are single-sided with printing on the front and back as specified in your design.
Q: Do the jerseys come with shorts?
A: Currently we only sell jerseys. Shorts may be available in the future - contact us for updates.
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Refer to our detailed size chart which includes chest and length measurements. When in doubt, we recommend ordering one size up for a looser fit. Remember: custom items cannot be exchanged for size.
Q: Will the colors fade after washing?
A: We use professional-grade printing that's designed to last. Follow care instructions (wash in cold water, hang dry) to maintain vibrant colors for years.

Q: What are your prices?
A: Pricing per jersey based on quantity:
- 1–2 pcs: $69
- 3–5 pcs: $62
- 6–9 pcs: $58
- 10–14 pcs: $55
- 15–19 pcs: $52
- 20–30 pcs: $49

Prices may vary based on design complexity, fabric selection, and order quantity.
Q: Are there any hidden fees?
A: No! Our prices include:
- All customization (logo, names, numbers)
- Design proof service
- FREE international shipping
- Unlimited design revisions
The only additional costs would be for rush production (if requested) or orders over $800 which may incur U.S. customs duties.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Shopify checkout.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax laws.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders are shipped from our production facility in China.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship to the continental United States (48 states + Washington DC). We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.
Q: Is shipping really free?
A: Yes! We offer FREE standard international shipping on all orders. Delivery takes 10-15 business days after production.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Q: What if my package is lost or damaged?
A: Contact us immediately at langwellx@outlook.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund for confirmed lost or damaged shipments.
Q: Will I have to pay customs duties?
A: Orders valued over $800 may be subject to U.S. customs duties and import taxes. You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees. These are NOT included in the product price.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return custom jerseys?
A: Due to the custom nature of our products, jerseys are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Printing errors (doesn't match approved design)
- Significant size discrepancies (±2cm from size chart)
- Damage during shipping
Q: What if there's a quality issue?
A: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Photos of the issue
- Your order number
- Detailed description
We'll review within 2 business days and offer free remake or full refund for confirmed quality issues.
Q: What if I ordered the wrong size?
A: Unfortunately, incorrect size selection is not considered a quality issue. Please refer to our size chart carefully before ordering. We recommend ordering samples in different sizes if you're unsure.
Q: What if I made a mistake in the player names or numbers?
A: This is why we provide a design proof! Please review it VERY carefully before approval. Once you approve the design, we cannot be responsible for errors in the information you provided.
Bulk & Special Orders
Q: Do you offer discounts for large orders?
A: Yes! Our pricing includes automatic quantity discounts. The more you order, the more you save - up to 29% off for orders of 20-30 jerseys. For orders over 30 jerseys, contact us for custom pricing.
Q: Can you create jerseys for other sports?
A: Currently, we specialize in basketball jerseys. Contact us to discuss other sports - we may be able to accommodate special requests.
Q: Do you work with schools and organizations?
A: Absolutely! We work with schools, community teams, corporate teams, and leagues. We can provide invoices and work with purchase orders - contact us to discuss your needs.
Q: Can I order matching warm-up gear or accessories?
A: We primarily focus on jerseys, but we may be able to source matching items. Contact us with your specific needs.
